RE-INSPIRE
The words “inspire” means to put the spirit in. Where there is spirit, there is life. Where there is no spirit, there is no life. The most fundamental impact The Flourish Retreat will have is to “breathe in you again the breath of God” so you can find new life. You don’t need to drag yourself through the next phase of your life. This retreat will inspire, motivate, and encourage you to get back in the game and be that woman/wife/mother that you have always wanted to be.
RENEW
The Flourish Retreat will work on concepts and conclusions that you may have come to that’s counterproductive to your life and to your marriage. RENEW is about giving your the right counsel, instructions, and principles that will give you the proper orientation and mindset on marital issues like finance, parenting, in-laws, communication and so forth.

REJUVENATE
This is where we “Pump you Up” emotionally, psychologically, and physically. Together with other women/wives/mothers, there will be therapeutic sessions that will help with self-acceptance, self-esteem, and self-care.

Overview of Agenda
THURSDAY
We leave our homes and get together at an agreed-upon destination. We will all meet for dinner.
FRIDAY
This is ME Day. Activities (High and low intensive) have been intentionally and strategically personalized for you to take the well deserved break you need. Including full body SPA treatment.
Saturday:
This is Group Therapy Session day. The whole day will be broken down into 3 Sessions based on the 3 deepest struggles that we’ve gathered from the forms you filled out. The sessions will involve prayers, small group discussion, workshops, Q&As, and affirmations. We end this day with a Big Dinner where all women come with the beautiful gowns like queens that we are! Yep! We get to play Dress Up with Full makeup.
SUNDAY:
Worship (this is optional)

Retreat Bonuses
Once a week for the next 4 weeks following the retreat, you will receive a weekly video resource for you to keep you in line.
The next stage is reflection. During the following 4 weeks, you and I will then have a 30 mins session to re-evaluate your sustainability plan.
